The project was finalized in 2013 after the procurement, contract management and transportation of 5 Bullets with a length of 50m and a diameter of 7,0m for a Petrochemical company in Secunda.
The offloading area was located inside the plant and two Route Surveys were done to establish the route on the Provincial roads as well as within the plant area with very narrow access and some bridges.
Another 4 Bullets were delivered and successfully executed. SPMT’s were used for this projects with a total length of 97,24m, a height of 9,32m and a total combination weight of 834900kg.
The project started in 2014 and finalized in 2015/6 after the logistical procurement, contract management and transportation of the Wax Reactor with a length of 31m and a diameter of 6,60m for a Petrochemical company in Sasolburg.
The offloading area was located inside the plant and a bridge across the motorway was lifted to access the plant. The client also requested us to offload the Reactor on plinths. SPMT’s were used for this projects with a total length of 78m, a height of 7,5m and a total combination weight of 499000kg.
The project consisted of two new plants with electrical components within the steel frames. Extreme care had to be taken not to damage the electrical cabling and electrical components. The frames consisted in total of about 40 frames to complete a ten story plant.
The project was finalized in July 2024 after the procurement, contract management and transportation of 1 Gyro Compactor with a length of 4.5m, height of 3m and total weight of 14.5 tons was transported from Vereeniging and shipped to Houston, USA.
